Third time we have stayed at Artique. We really like the location, which is just a short walk to Cavill Ave. Good size for our family of four. We’ll be back again.

Property is in a good location and staff were friendly, we found the room to be very dirty and questioned if it was even cleaned after the last person that stayed. Tiles were sticky throughout the apartment we wiped one down and was a night and day difference so can confirm they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Curtains were filthy. Bed duvet was stained and had no covers. The over all condition of the apartment with pretty poor and run down and compared to the photos on the website it was abit misleading. All other facilities seem to be clean outside the room, would recommend this hotel if the over issues were sorted as it has alot of good things about it too.

We stayed almost three weeks in this property and the overall experience was excellent. Short walk to downtown Surfers Paradise, one block from the beach…. Views are great form any side of the building. Outside pool water could be a bit warmer and the apartments could be equipped with a bit more kitchen utensils. All in all great experience and will come back.

Great stay

The location & view was amazing. The rooms are a bit tired but the view makes up for it. Whatever cleaning spray they use however is awful. The smell was quite difficult to get used to. Smelt like wet carpet. This was the only big let down.

A great location on the Gold Coast, very safe building in regards to access and parking. The pool area was lovely. The apartment is dated and worn, furniture was rusting from the ocean air, but was functional. The kitchen was well appointed and the views of the ocean spectacular.
