Hi, I was disappointed in the description of the room. It said it had a jet tub, which it did, however, there was no way to use the tub. In the kitchen, there was no bread board or baking trays, even though there was an oven. The room was clean and close to my conference. I would stay again, however.

Room was advertised as executive, sub penthouse. It was run down, not looked after at all. Rubbish under couch, and not so nice discoveries in bedroom cupboard. Beds only had sheets so had to take blankets out of cupboards. A real disappointment

It’s true you get what you pay for . It’s like a schoolies group has been through the walls are so filthy , I’ve stayed here twice now, it’s not horrendous as we are barely in our room so for the cheap price it’s ok. I didn’t like the biggest cockroach Ove ever seen in my life in the bathroom or the sewage smell from the bathroom drain. The location and staff make up for it though

It seemed safe and was quiet. Quite a few people came later. I was the only one that could get in touch with the after hours staff. Other groups had problems. Room was really dirty, it had not been cleaned much. Balcony was nice, bed was comfortable.

On arrival the receptionist was very helpful & polite but when we entered our apartment we were so disappointed. It was old, in need of a complete renovation, holes in the walls which had been patched up but never finished. Dirty and thread bear carpets. Windows were dirty inside & out. Only a sheet on the bed with a stained blanket in the wardrobe. The bathroom was dirty, and generally very grubby. I could go on but there is too much to mention. I would not recommend staying at this place.
