Very limited parking, rooms smelt like mould, no carpet in parts of the hallway, cigarette burns on bed side tables, graffiti in rooms, broken lounge, holes in walls just plastered over without paint, door not painted, only saving grace would be location.

No parking ,you have to look around the area for parking ,as there are few parking spots onsite which are always full(less than 20),need to pay for $30 parking on near by Meriton Hotel to keep the car overnight, as you can't easily find a park in the streets nearby.

We booked this for one night at the last minute and although the room could do with a bitnof an upgrade and a good scrub, it was perfect for us. The hotel is getting painted currently. The view was lovely, close to shops, were very happy with it for the price.

The room could use a little TLC, it was a bit dusty with some stains on the couch, mat, and curtain, and there were dents in the fridge and wall. That said, the location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed. The pool was amazing and very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location. When I booked it, I was worried about some of the reviews but it was priced accordingly so we were happy with our stay. The staff are great, the room was a little tired and the fact there was only 2 of everything- 2 plates, 2 lots of cutlery was weird . We had to ask for another glass as we only had one- staff were apologetic and willing to supply another one but really shouldn’t have had to ask. Would we stay again - yes we would. It’s a great location and the staff are great

Dirty property, multiple live cockroaches throughout the room and various things splatter on the walls and seating surfaces. The could was stained and the cushions also with large stains. Mould in the aircon and oven was disgusting. Owner didn’t want to take ownership or acknowledge the issues just because “we checked out”. After staying here a couple times over the years we will not be returning at all as the place was disgusting and should be reported.

Absolutely awful. No blanket, just a sheet on bed. Horrible pillows. We booked a renovated room and it was falling apart. No carpet was laid. In kitchen had 1 glass, and 1 plate.
