The staff were professional and attentive - even the pool cleaners! The room was spacious, clean, nice outlook onto a little man made lagoon. Beautiful pool, easy beach access, good eating options.

4 days stay at the Villa, tried to use the washing machine and dryer. Both were not cleaned and still left with previous guests’ clothes inside. The dryer with cracked door and dusty. Other than this, the stays were generally presence. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise rather isolated, nothing much around the hotel. Unless self drive, otherwise very inconvenience.
