We really enjoyed our stay! The bed was comfy and the pillows! The convenience of having everything without travelling was the big drawcard for us. Lily at the check in desk was lovely and gave us a bottle of sparkling ! We will book again when looking for a place on the Gold Coast

loved the ease of check in, the concierge was super helpful in directing me to parking. the room was comfortable. The light bulbs in the room flickered which was not great and the wall beside the bed (between the bedside table and bed was thick with dust)

Walking distance to tram. I didnt really like breakfast selection. Very ordinary for Star Casino. Rooms very ordinary for the price. Went to Vietnam last month thier hotel rooms and food we're so amazing. Even, Thailand and Philippines are lots lots better than this. We expect better for Star Casino.
