"This older Wyndham in Mettmann is showing its age in the lack of some of the newer property amenities such as a refrigerator in the rooms, basic and expected wear and tear on the furniture and desks. However the spa was excellent after a long surfing session at the nearby Pinky's Surfhouse. Nice basic European breakfast offerings."

"A very nice place to relax and enjoy spa facilities. The hotel was very clean. A great area and beautiful nature. The breakfast was ok. The room was beautiful but very hot without air conditioning. The staff was excellent. We liked this place a lot"
