We were so excited to be staying here that we booked another night once we got there. The front desk said they would let us stay in the same room, no problem. The next day while our baby was sleeping, two house cleaners rushed in the room at different points (said they didn’t know we were staying), so I called the front desk to ask about it, and they said it was a mis communication on the housekeeping part, no worries.
We left our room to get dinner, and when we came back, our keys didn’t work.
So I went to the front desk, told her our room number, and the lady was extremely rude to me, saying that to get our keys to work again, I needed to register another credit card since it was a new registration. No one ever told me that, or called our room back to let us know. It was almost a mean girl thing right there in the lobby by her. A call to our room would have been a common courtesy, not locking us out of our room with our kids. I would have been happy to come right down with a new cc to incidentals.
I probably wouldn’t stay here again since this is how people are treated.
