Great place to stop

This is a nice and clean, up-to-date hotel. Our room was quiet with not much traffic noise. The breakfast was great and included hot foods.

Great hotel. Very nice inside and clean. Staff is friendly. Good hot breakfast. The only complaint I would have is that outside around the front door and firepit area could be swept regularly. There were a lot of cigarette butts. But it would not deter me from staying here again.

Clean but could use a little help.

The hotel is updated and clean. Our shower had a sliding door that would t stay closed. I requested daily housekeeping but it didn’t happen. We went to breakfast at 8:15am and they were out of eggs, yogurt, sausage and coffee. I didn’t have time to wait but they said they were getting more.

I’d stay again

Jada at check in was great. Two ice machines were out of order and I couldn’t find another one. Hot breakfast in the morning was not refilled in a timely manner but it was not the front desk clerk’s fault as she was handling both check outs and breakfast herself (at the same time) and she kept apologizing. The manager should have ensured there was ample staff. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Great location to go to a concert at the Arena.
