El hotel está bonito, moderno y en buen estado. El staff es amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El cuarto era tal cual como se ve en las fotos y se encontraba limpio y ordenado. El desayuno esta rico y ofrece suficientes variedades a elegir. La decoración navideña tambien se me hizo muy bonita. Si nos volveriamos a quedar ahi.

Ya van dos veces que me quedo en este hotel y literal se escucha todo. Las paredes y las puertas parecen de papel, no dejan dormir. Si no es el cuarto de al lado, es la gente caminando por el pasillo… escuchas ruido todo el tiempo.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was okay. The only minor drawback was the dinner experience in the roof lounge. Upon arrival, I was informed I needed an appointment to enter. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not detract from my overall positive assessment of the other aspects of the stay.
