I am writing to formally complain about my stay at your hotel last night. The outdoor temperature in Guangzhou dropped to around 17°C, which was uncomfortably cold. To my surprise and disappointment, there was no heating available in the room. As a guest staying at a five-star hotel, I find this situation completely unacceptable. Providing a comfortable indoor temperature is a basic expectation, especially during cold weather. The lack of heating seriously affected my sleep and overall experience, and it falls far below the standards associated with a hotel of your level. I expect a clear explanation for this issue, as well as information on how you plan to address it. I also believe appropriate compensation should be considered for the inconvenience caused.

The staff are extremely friendly and patient, but the room condition depends more on the floor. Some floors are not renovated (or renovated over ~10 years ago) so the rooms are extremely old.
