Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the fresh updates throughout. The home has been recently painted and thoughtfully decorated with new furnishings, new bedding, and a completely refreshed kitchen featuring painted cabinets and stunning quartz countertops. Whether you're cooking dinner for the whole crew or grabbing a quick bite before heading to the beach, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs.

With two separate living areas—one on the main floor and one upstairs—there's room for everyone to spread out. The upstairs living room features a brand-new sectional sofa and a card table, perfect for movie nights, board games, or a little quiet time while the kids play downstairs. Just off the main living space, a large covered porch invites you to relax and listen to the sound of the waves from the Gulf—morning coffee and evening cocktails have never been more enjoyable.
