Great location near trams and buses. Very close to the major attraction of the fort and easy to get to the major trains like the JR station. It was raining two of the nights and the hotel had complementary umbrellas to use during our stay.

I was so pleasantly surprised by what was offered. I booked an overnight stay on my way to Sapporo. I had no experience with this chain and expected an average service/facility. For one night, I didn't mind. However, the staff were organised and welcoming. Unlike similar hotel chains, they had four lifts to take guests up and down. Everywhere was super clean. More importantly, the room was spacious and very comfortable. All facilities were new, and every item in the room was organised logically to make it easy to use. Overall, a very positive experience.
