The Hotel was fine, apart from the location. It took a bit of time to get into the centre of Hamburg.

Sehr Abgelegenes schon in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Bei der Ankunft nicht sehr nett empfangen worden. Frühstück war okay...nur wenn man früh abreisen muss gibt es halt keins, da es am Samstag und Sonntag erst ab 7.00Uhr gibt. Wäre schön gewesen,wenn man sich da was hätte einfallen lassen könnte.

Für einen wirklich guten Preis für Hamburger Verhältnisse und eine gute Lage (mit Auto knapp 15 min. bis zum Hafen) muss man in Kauf nehmen, dass das Mobiliar doch ziemlich einfach und älter ist und das WLAN nicht bis ins Zimmer gereicht hat. Dazu sehr kleiner Fernseher. Frühstück und Service war dagegen wirklich gut. Insgesamt OK, aber nicht super.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Immer frisch, schön angerichtet und stets war alles aufgefüllt. Die Lage des Hotels war erst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Doch ab dem zweiten Tag wenn man alles ein wenig kennt, ist die Stadt sehr gut erreichbar mit dem ÖV. In 20 Minuten ist man am Hbf.
