Really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was very convenient to where we were staying and was very quiet. Everyone from maids to management were very friendly and assisted us when we needed something. We will definitely stay again!

This is a great Hilton Hotel with quiet room and very clean facilities. The rooms were spacious and I loved how the check in-out and room key works with the Hilton app. It's useful when you stay one night because as a family you can go directly to your room from a side parking with no wait. Beds were comfortable, the furniture felt reasonably updated. It was super funny to see the robot they use for room service! There's an EV charger but Hilton (at least in Canada) is charging guests a high rate per kWh. This is far from encouraging to choose Hilton hotels... and the cost of kWh for them is less than the benefit of being chosen by EV owners.

I wouldn’t stay here again

Check in took a long time due to some technical difficulties. However, the woman handled the stress of 5-6 people waiting to check in extremely well! The room was clean, but the mattress was hard and the pillows were lumpy making an uncomfortable sleep. The jacuzzi worked well but the exterior needs repairs. The strangest thing I noticed was in the washroom when I noticed what appeared to be dried blood on the wall above the toilet. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture. My last complaint is the TV. It’s old and the screen quality is poor. I felt like I was watching a 480 tube tv! Plus the selection of pay-per-view movies was also very limited and boring.
