Great stay with room for improvement!

Everything was great, as expected for its price range. Maintenance could be improved to increase aesthetics, such as rusty door hinges, clogged sink drain, stainy hallway carpets. Breakfast was great, except cream cheese was not offered for bread toasts. Our room was facing the highway, zero noise. Beds are great! Overall excellent stay! Would stay again :)

Elevator not working properly, would drop a foot at times and very loud. Rooms not as depicted in pictures, very outdated. Plumbing/water lines so loud was waking people up. Very disappointing.

Checked in and pool was closed even those pictures appeared on website as if it was open…no big pool closed statement on website. In morning was told no hot breakfast due to staff shortage and new years holiday. Luckily for us the front desk lady was very nice and heated up some eggs and sausage for us. Would have picked another hotel with a pool if the drive wasn’t so exhausting due to daughter and I were doing last swim together before ACL surgery. We’d stayed here before however was very disappointed this trip.
