Amazing service

The service that I received at JM Marvel was superb. So very welcoming from the start and they couldn’t have been more helpful and thoughtful with helping me with my trip to Ha Long Bay. My room (702) was amazing with a 4 poster bed and balcony overlooking the city. The roof top bar was also a lovely retreat and a good place to rendezvous with friends.

Was a lovely stay. Staff were very attentive, and helped with everything we needed. After checkout they had a free service to hold our bags until our bus time which gave us time to explore without our bags and a shower service before we left to freshen up before leaving. Would highly recommend staying here as it is close to everywhere around old quarter.
