We had a wonderful stay at JM Marvel Hotel & Spa. Right from when we arrived, we were treated as First Class guests. Mai Linh and her associates were awesome and genuinely appreciated that we chose to stay at JM Marvel. We will highly recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to stay at this hotel as it is a nice small boutique hotel that is located centrally in the Old Quarter. Hotel was nice, rooms spacious, great location very central and could walk everywhere. Staff were attentive especially on reception (Nguyen). The only negative was that you can hear other rooms I.e. the shower in general it was fine but we had guests who were showering at 5am and it would wake us up.

The staff here is AMAZING. They welcomed us with tea and a list of great restaurants nearby. They brought our bags up the stairs and into the room, and texted me on WhatsApp just to see if we needed anything at all. Breakfast was great, and the rooftop bar is gorgeous. Upon check out, the bell hop even walked our suitcases to our NEXT HOTEL for us! Truly, a fantastic place to stay. 5 stars. Just a heads up, all of the services offered by the hotel are cash only.
