The Hotel is beautiful, the architecture is amazing, lots of character. We had a nice room, bathroom had a lovely shower - that had an glass side into the bedroom! Shower gel and shampoo provided and the hand basin had hand wash and hand lotion. A hairdryer is also supplied. There is tea, coffee and sugar along with a kettle. The cups don't have handles though and I did find this a little different as they were too hot to handle with tea or coffee in. Breakfast and evening meals were all in with the price, so great value! There is a sauna that is booked separately for privacy and a great little gym with a relaxation bed.I can highly recommend the Home Hotel Jugend and would stay there again.

the building itself is a jugend sight to behold and the breakfast restaurant is such a cosy space. the building used to be a higher education building back in the day and my uncle actually started his engineering degree in this building, so it made our stay even more special. comfortable, quiet & clean room. breakfast had loads of choice and lots of traditionally finnish options, always a plus. we arrived several hours before check-in and asked to leave our luggage, but was told that we could get our room straight away and even asked if we had any preferences or requests on the room. exceptional service. would not hesitate to recommend and will consider when staying in Helsinki again!

Initial check in was OK, one female member of staff in the breakfast always greeted us with a good morning, but that was only the staff interaction we had. The room was clean and spacious, with a good walk in shower, the beds were comfortable and quite, location is good, 10 mins tram ride to city with lots of tram stop options, and also 10 mins to West Ferry port, if travelling to Estonia. Found the luggage storage was not locked, something the hotel may want to look at. It did what it needed to do for our stay.

Room was fairly spacious and it is clean and comfortable. Close to city centre and within walking distance to tram stops and shops. Best part about this hotel - it provides free breakfast, fika and dinner! Awesome!!

Lovely, characterful hotel within easy walking distance of the dockside water front, Kampi and in about 15/20 minutes walk of Esplandi. Plenty of transport options along Bulevardi and the Metro at Kampi. Lovely comfortable room with good quality beds and bedding. Nice bathroom too. Good quality buffet breakfast and dinner, Staff work really hard to replenish items, even at very busy times. Well done. All members of staff are helpful and polite. Beautiful communal areas.

My stay at the Jugend Hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent — safe, central, and with very easy access to public transportation. The breakfast and dinner was delicious with plenty of options to start and end the day right. I Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Helsinki.
