2112 Villamare is a 1st floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa offering views of the ocean, garden, and lagoon. There is beautiful, beige tile flooring throughout the living area, kitchen, and baths. The villa is painted in a neutral light tan and accented by beach décor.

The fully equipped kitchen has been completely updated with cabinets, stainless steel appliances and black granite countertops. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the kitchen closet. In addition, there is seating for six at the dining room table with a mirrored accent wall behind it. This opens to the comfortable living room featuring a striped queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, and a 50” TV. Access to the covered balcony where there is a round table for four, provides you with a peaceful and relaxing place to sit and enjoy a meal while overlooking the beautiful, landscaped yard, lagoon, water fountain, and ocean.

The master bedroom is behind French doors just outside the living room. It is carpeted and has a king bed, chair, 32” TV, and access to the covered balcony shared with the living room. The private master bathroom has a single granite vanity, walk-in shower, and separate jetted tub. The guest room is to the left of the main entrance and is also carpeted, it has two queen beds, a small table for two, 32” TV with VCR and DVD, and a nook that has a mini fridge and microwave. This bedroom has a private covered balcony with four chairs – a great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. The ensuite bath has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

This villa offers its guests an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. WiFi is free in public spaces. This villa also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
