A nice perk of this home is that it offers complimentary pool heat seasonally. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat typically March through May & September through early November (must reach out to our office in advance of your stay to confirm and schedule).

• Pool Info: The pool is approximately 30 feet by 14 feet. The pool is able to be heated seasonally only. It will not heat if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat. **The spa is not able to be heated**

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.
• Parking: Parking is available for up to six cars max. Car passes are an additional fee. They start at $35/pass and increase depending on length of stay. You are billed based on the exact amount of car passes you request. As such, the car pass fee will be added on after confirming the reservation.
