On our second stay, we accidently went to the incorrect floor after dinner and went straight down the hall to where we thought our room was located. We were able to go straight into the room using our 'key' but realised immediately we were in the wrong room. We left the room and went to the correct floor to our own room. This should happen with guest keys being able to access other rooms. We were sure the room we entered was actually locked. Otherwise, the room was clean, the staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was well catered and the shuttle to the airport was greatly appreciated... a perfect location for the access to and from the airport.

This is exactly what you would expect. I switched my flight to Saigon a day earlier so I could be there in the morning the following day for a round of golf rather than fly in the following day at noon and loaf in my hotel. Only problem, I had booked my hotel in the city center for the following day on and couldn’t get the reservation for a night earlier. Enter Ibis by the airport. I landed at midnight, walked across the street from the airport, and crashed out harddddd. For the price it was super nice. Clean, convenient, and functional. Be warned, I did almost nothing other than check in, shower, and sleep. But for all of those things for that price, it was excellent. It comfortably facilitated my plans and everything was smooth. If you’re looking for more out of an airport hotel, you’re staying in the wrong place (though that’s not to say it wouldn’t deliver –I just don’t know).

This is my go to hotel when stopping over at Saigon airport. The airport shuttle to hotel was easy to find and conveniently waiting when I arrived. Staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful. Their English is excellent. Rooms are nice and well maintained. Bar on the roof offers a romantic view of the city. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay again.

It was good for my purposes. I had an overnight layover in Saigon and it is a 7 minute walk from the terminal. (Hotel does offer free shuttle service). My “complaints” would be my bed had crumbs on it and the air conditioning took a long time to cool the room. I did not partake, but there is a rooftop pool that overlooks the airport runways.
