While the neighborhood isn’t the greatest, the big plus here is its location—near to the airport—and the service of a shuttle bus to and from. The hotel itself is well kept and maintained, with the rooms more than a little on the small side, but that’s not much of an issue since its purpose for many of the persons who stay here is probably strategic positioning on their parts for flights out the next morning (as was the case with us). Would we stay here again if in Ho Chi Minh City? We already have several times, and we would again for the above reasons.

Great value! Rooms were spacious for 2. I did not try breakfast buffet because I had to leave early in the morning. Requested for a packed breakfast meal which was provided (a sandwich, fruit, yogurt and fruit juice). There is small mall besides the hotel (food court on the top floor - very inexpensive and delicious meal under $5) and Family Mart convenience store. Shuttle pick up and drop off is free. You need to book in advance. Highly suggest you email hotel with your flight details. My domestic was delayed but I was still picked up.For domestic pick it’s outside exit A by the A09 pillar. There is a person with an IBIS sign. You can literally walk to the hotel. However, I do t see any pedestrian along the way. Not safe with all the vehicles and scooters who don’t stop for pedestrians..
