What a wonderful hotel. Just stayed here for four nights with my wife and we both loved it. Staff were attentive and gave great service. Breakfast and afternoon tea were amazing additions to our stay. The hotel is also in a very central area located right next to Ben Thanh market and many local landmarks. Our room was also spacious and tastefully decorated. This place is such a great deal for the price. I’ve stayed at upscale 5 star hotels that weren’t as good as Silverland Ben Thanh. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing staff

The staff went above and beyond for us. I had to work late and was woken up early from some drilling/ work. I called the staff and they were very understanding and apologized. They covered my coffee down at the cafe. They were very nice and helpful. I travel to Saigon often and this hotel is very centrally located to all the attractions. Well worth the price.

A galaxy far, far away comes true!

A truly caring staff made this stay very special, from the tea and nibbles that greeted us, to the cool room. The whole hotel looks super cool, like you're staying somewhere in a galaxy far, far away... and super cozy room. The pool on the roof is the bomb and the view so breathtaking we immediately decided to have dinner at the top floor restaurant, Great decision! Wonderful dinner, slept like babies, then a great breakfast buffet, afternoon tea accompanied by live traditional musicians! You really don't need to leave, but of course we did and the location is perfect, close to markets, the mall, the subway, great restaurants, even my dentist was only a 13 minute walk away! As we left three (3!) hotel team members helped us load our grab car quickly and gave us the best send off...I only wish I still had enough vietnamese cash to tip them. All over a great experience, we'd totally stay here again!
