Really a good choice especially considering the price point and location. A few minor rough spots mainly cosmetic and maintenance items in the room. My room had a nice balcony and mini kitchen.

This us a great place for people who are frugal or on a budget. Not fancy, but perfect for our needs! Staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk to Waikiki Beach and the International Market Place.

I overall liked the location but our room had a lot of bugs that I could not identify what they were. I think ants? The carpets were dirty. Overall the inside looked like the landlords special.

Absolutely disgusting. I don’t even know how this place is allowed to call itself a hotel. The room was filthy from the start, and to make matters worse, I found roaches crawling around. Nothing makes your skin crawl like seeing bugs where you’re supposed to sleep. The smell in the room was awful, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like I was a burden any time I asked a simple question. Zero hospitality, zero care. The whole experience was uncomfortable, dirty, and disappointing. I couldn’t wait to leave. If you value your health, your sanity, and your vacation, do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. This place is a nightmare.

When I booked, somehow I did not realize I could be in a two-twin-bed room. Twin beds are shorter than I am tall. Then, when searching for an outlet to charge my phone, I found a cockroach scampering around the bed trying to remain hidden. I was moved to a single-queen room the next morning, earlier than I would have preferred after 26-hours of travel . This new room had random long, black hairs throughout the bathroom--not mine as I have short, light-brown hair... Combining parking and resort fees brought the total cost of staying here to the same price as much more reputable, assuredly cleaner accommodations in the area. HOWEVER: The staff was very accommodating in moving me the next morning, especially after the short beds and cockroach. I didn't report the hair in the new room, I just picked it up. The property has a "beach bum" vibe and quick room-flips should be expected. If that's your thing, this is a totally ok place to stay. PROS: The Waikiki area is all within reasonable walking distance, maybe 5-10 minutes to several dining/shopping/beach options. The staff was super accommodating as well. The property wasn't to my liking, but that doesn't mean it won't work for you. Definitely a beach-bum vibe, with industrial carpeting to accommodate wet/sandy returns from exploring the lovely area!
