Super easy access to Waikiki, restaurants and shopping. Front desk could have been a little more helpful at times. Very clean and spacious, GREAT views!

We had a great stay! Property is beautiful and secure. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. We had a king bed with an ocean view. I would stay here again.

Their system was down all 3 nights we were there. The first night we had to call security every time we needed in our room since no keys could be made. Finally second day they gave 1 temp key that ended up being for our entire stay. They still charged for parking and resort fees though.

It’s my second time staying here and my second time thoroughly enjoying my stay here. Everywhere is clean and well kept. Staff are incredibly nice. The rooms are awesome with comfy beds. I think the only downside that I saw was parking. The parking garage is small with sharp turns and limited spaces, so it can get a tad stressful. The valet is easy to use and worth it though.

The service was amazing, we were upgraded to a better room for free and the staff cleaned our room well everyday. We were also right across the beach at walkable distance from everything in Waikīkī. There were many hidden fees though (60$ for parking, and 49$ resort fee) so be aware before you book. The parking was also a bit inconvenient as it’s not your standard parking lot, but a tall and narrow structure that had many turns.

Staff here made the stay terrific I would give 10 stars to the staff at the buffet and at the pool
