The staff absolutely does not care about your comfort, needs and circumstances. It doesn't matter what time you arrived or what time you leave, whether you are with your children or tired. They don't try to do anything to ensure comfort. They're just making money. I wouldn't go back to this hotel. We paid a lot of money in the hope of getting a premium vacation, as it looked when booking. And in return, they saw how a large company makes money and they don't care about people's comfort.

The stay was great we had an issue the first night that was resolved early the next morning. My only issue is with the elevators having to wait 5 or 10 minutes for an elevator to show up was a little off putting. Overall a great stay with friendly staff that gets things done.

The location of this property was ideal, and it was so beautiful! The options of dining, shopping, and activities within walking distance were great. The hotel was clean and I loved how the room was set up, with the toilet/shower separated from the sink/vanity.

Stunning hotel. Located in a centralized area. Stunning views. Plenty of dining options as well as stores. Love the open air markets 3 times a week at the hotel. Beach access and sand is amazing. Wonderful customer service and plenty of stunning views.

Our trip was amazing (because of a gentleman who checked us out yesterday 4/20/2025) we booked through Expedia as we always do we asked for two rooms one king bed one two queen beds. The hotel put us in two different buildings and when we asked if we could be put near each other the lady who checked us in wanted to downgrade our two queen bed rooms to the 12th from from the 35th that was ocean view and a view of diamond head. We stayed in separate buildings, with my mom and boys in that room and us in the Ewa building. The view was beautiful but not as nice as theirs. Other than that the hotel was well maintained, clean, housekeeping was excellent, breakfast buffet was amazing (even though our drinks were not free refiles on soft drinks) the location you couldn't beat but the gentleman at the end made up for the room issue! Thank you to a excellent trip.

The hotel is wonderful but there is no parking on the street. It costs approximately $75 a day to park in the hotel parking. And there were resort fees we weren’t prepared for. The beach is just across the street and that was perfect. The beach is a little gravely so take water socks.

Perfect Location

Excellent location and well-maintained property. Our ocean view rooms were spacious and very clean. We loved the shops in the atrium of the resort and took advantage of the resort activities. Our teens loved it, too.
