The staff were courteous. Interacted with Dom and Joey - so very friendly and helpful. The location is great! So very close to everything. Nice gym, great dining area although the staff seemed like they couldn’t handle the crowd. First morning for breakfast we were never approached at the table so we moved ourselves to the bar area. 2nd day breakfast it took a long time to get our check - we had to ask for it and we were never checked on for coffee top off. The evening entertainment is very good. The singer on 12/6 was awesome! Great singing voice - so smooth.

The fridge had a slight odor; and the restraunt had limited food options for diets (gluten/dairy free meals). Otherwise the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were accomodating. The hotel's location in proximity to shops, restraunts, buses, and the beach was super convenient.

Hidden fees and deposits ruined our honeymoon. We had to scramble to make last minute changes and itinerary cancellations to accommodate hidden and increased resort fees and deposits. Also the pool is not appealing in person.

The best part of this property was the staff and the comfort of the bed. I am very picky about what I sleep on and this bed was a ten! Staff could not have been more accomodating or helpful. Dom at the front desk made me feel right at home and he was very attentive. He always remembered me by name. This is by far one of the best hotels I have been in. The only down side was the coffee bar. Very slow and even if you called ahead, you waited in line like you never ordered ahead.

Hotel is a good 4 star. Rooms are big enough, clean and nicely decorated. Most staff are friendly. The only reason I gave it a total of 4 stars, rather than 5 was the fact that most staff at the restaurant, are working on a robotic-mode; they tell you automatically whatever they have been trained to say, or whatever they usually say, pretty much heartless service, no personal touch at all, but I have to admit, that this is pretty much the American way, in contrast to the more relaxed and personal attitude that is more common in Europe and Asia.
