Maintenance is bad. I moved two time during a 3 nights stay. First night the room but could hardly see the ocean and the bath tub has a lot of sands and rusty. Second night not even counter top in the restroom plus no closet doors and mirror facing the toilet which is so odd. Finally the third night the room looks more decent. I will never stay in this hotel again even the view is good.

Мой опыт проживания в этом отеле оказался крайне разочаровывающим. Номер совершенно не соответствовал описанию: мебель старая и изношенная, постельное бельё выглядело несвежим, а уборка, похоже, проводится лишь формально. В комнате неприятный запах, а кондиционер работал очень шумно и практически не охлаждал. Сервис на ресепшене оставил особенно неприятное впечатление — персонал был холодным и не заинтересованным в том, чтобы решить проблемы гостей. На любые вопросы отвечали неохотно, а просьбы игнорировали. Общие зоны отеля также требуют ремонта: лифты постоянно задерживаются, в коридорах грязно, а бассейн выглядел совсем не так, как на фотографиях. За такую стоимость я ожидала гораздо лучшего качества. К сожалению, этот отель совершенно не оправдал ожиданий, и я точно не вернусь сюда и не рекомендую другим.

I’ve been a guest with multiple times and never have an issue. The Hotel does need an update on its rooms as the decor is very outdated. However the staff were polite and we really did enjoy how accommodating they were with young children. Also very close to shops and restaurants

Tiki's Grill is the restaurant attached to the hotel and it is fantastic. The hotel is just okay, but given the location it's a great value. Waikiki Beach is super fun You need to get up first thing and go to the rental shop to get your free beach chairs. The pool is also very nice. They have a nice gym. They also do lay making and hula dance lessons which was fun with my daughters

This used to be a great place to stay, so much that I’ve stayed 4 times. Although the last time was 10 years ago and again this past week. Going back this week was a huge disappointment. The escalators hardly ever work. The elevator system hardly works if your on a higher floor. The biggest disappointment was I was charged a $500 violation fee for supposedly “smoking” when in fact it was me blow drying my hair. I don’t do drugs nor smoke.. AVOID THIS PLACE.
