"Grundsätzlich ok und in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof St.Charles. Klassisches 3-Sterne-Hotel, das für die gebotenen Leistungen aber definitiv zu teuer ist. 2 Dinge fand ich befremdlich: Obwohl bei Anreise die Zimmer schon fertig und bezugsbereit waren, ließ man alle Neuankömmlinge bis exakt 14:00 in der Lobby warten, um dann mit dem Check-in bei den vielen Menschen überfordert zu sein. Beim Frühstück steht ein Securitymensch am Buffet und kontrolliert, dass nicht zu viel gegessen wird und auf keinen Fall etwas mitgenommen wird- und sei es nur ein Apfel. Hinterlässt einen merkwürdigen Eindruck...."
