Very well located hotel in Marseille. The staff was courteous and helpful. Fitness club 53 afiliated with the hotel was very nice also. Downside is the size of the room, I had to hop over my luggage to get to the bed and there was no room to eat. If you are facing the street it is a little noisy. The design of the bathroom door makes it slam into the corner of the shower room, I caught my fingers in between and that hurt like hell. The carpet in the hallway smelled like dirty bathroom on the first day, maybe the detergent was off because the second day there was no problem. Otherwise decent stay

My wife and I stayed for a week with our 2 kids (aged 8 and 5) in one of the suites. It was comfortable and well-equipped. The location cannot be beaten and though centrally located it was quiet at night. We’d happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in one of the apartments associated with the hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent location near the old port. Quiet and clean with daily maid service. A great hybrid model.

Fabulous stay at this hotel. They had superior staff that were friendly. The hotel itself is pretty and the room has everything you could need. We stayed in one of the apartments and there was even a washer which I don’t believe they in the description. Loved our time in Marseille.

Very comfortable room and helpful staff. Unfortunately the elevator wasn't working. We were only there one night, so no problem, but they said it would be 5 days before it was fixed! Staff carried our suitcases up 4 flights for us. They were very attentive. The location in the port is great! Walkable from the train station, but it's all uphill if you plan on walking back!
