Not terrible, not excellent

Mediocre experience, all about the location. Dirty linen had been left in the bathroom from the previous occupant. Aircon made a terrible buzzing sound all night. Because it’s a Starbucks hotel, there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. In short, not terrible, nice on the surface, lacking beneath. Meh.

The bed was comfortable and room was quiet. However, a/c was never as cold as thermostat showed. Woke up several times during night hot and uncomfortable. Which was a shame as had to be at hospital early the next morning for surgery.
