I went to Houston for surgery. We asked to have an extra set of towels as I was to shower t he night before and the morning of my surgery. The morning of my surgery one of us went down to get towels. We asked to have one of the beds changed so that I could get in a clean bed after surgery. This was not done. There was one of three elevators working the entire time we were there. We carried our trash out to the trash bins by the elevators. That is the only time our trash was emptied. On the day of our departure we again had to go to get clean towels. The lady asked if we wanted her to get the towels from the back. Yes if you don’t mind. We will not use this facility again.

Very clean, comfortable bed, king jr suite. Only odd thing is the barn door on the bathroom does not block much sound and there is also no exhaust fan to help remove steam or anything else. Friendly staff at check in, convenient shuttle to hospital appointments also clean and safe.
