Staff ok, had continental breakfast listed in info section. None avail. & still had sign up on wall that due to Covid 19, Houston city council was not allowing continentdl breakfast to be offered. Staff said they had just never started it back up once allowed. Office area had extremely strong nauseating incense/ essential oil smell. Room clean and comfortable. Also had no airport shuttle avail.

In town for a NFL game with my son and it was close to stadium. Clean, comfortable, and got a free upgrade. They had a storm related power outage the night before and I got a phone call updating me on the power restoration progress twice. Super management and very helpful! Even let me leave my car there after checkout and Uber to the game and back. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was like a motel very small parking lot. Too many people coming in and out all night long. The light in the parking lot was dem. The only good thing that it was close to NRG.
