Our stay at the Quality (Hobby Airport/Texas) was not as good as it could have been. When we asked for an extra blanket, we were given a hard time about why we needed it. We were not told that we actually had to request cleaning service to get the towels replaced. When we did ask for towel replacement and extra towels, it was like pulling teeth and the staff made it seem like they did not have extra towels to give and could only do a towel-for-towel swap. The air conditioning did not get very cool and the room remained muggy/humid. When we told the staff about the A/C problem, they said it could not get colder because of a power outage (yet all other appliances and lights were operating). This same power outage occurred each night we were there. The breakfast in the morning was scarce. Other Quality Inn Hotels I have stayed had eggs, sausage, oatmeal, biscuits and other hot items while this one only had make-it-yourself waffles. The ice machine and the public bathroom in the lobby were both out of order throughout the entire stay. On the positive side, the price was reasonable, room was spacious, and the wi-fi and television channels were good.
