Perfect airport hotel for the night. It looks like you can take the shuttle to airport parking across the street then walk over if you really needed to. but it was much easier to just call them once outside of baggage pickup and they were there within 5min. The people complaining about the shuttle must not have called. I called once I got outside and that was 1hr after booking the reservation online once I landed. No issues. The driver was ready to roll at 4AM for any early flights too. I had no issue getting DoorDash delivery here for dinner. There was a snack bar in the lobby for purchases. My room was clean and spacious.

When checked in the shower didnt work and instead of mocing rooms they told us that thry had no other rooms in that style and wouldnt be able to move us.

The hotel has been remodeled. The service is standard. They charge a $100 cash deposit or charge it directly to your card, and they issue a refund upon checkout. The room was fine at first glance, but when we removed the bedspread, the sheets were dirty and wrinkled. Don't they change the sheets after a guest has left? Disgusting, even had hair. We went down to file a complaint, and the receptionist doubted what we said, saying we had to call the manager to authorize a change. They changed our room, but you don't trust them anymore; the sheets were wrinkled from use. They don't cancel the room or refund the reservation.
