Please note that this is a full size guest house within a 1 acre plot of land. Our guest only have access to the back yard of this home and private deck. The entire acreage of the main home, which includes the firepit, pool and deck are not accessible as part of this listing and only part of our " EVENTS " listing of this home.

We are happy to help you in any way possible. Most of our interaction is done remotely. Access to the house is done with keypad for which the personalized temporary code is provided at check-in. (Please note access code expires upon check-out time) Although we cannot offer private tours of the city, we can certainly point you in the right direction, give you advice on where to go and what to do. We live in the larger house of this property and we like to respect the privacy of our guests and normally do not interact, unless it is by request or absolutely necessary. Each of the homes has it's designated driveway and back yards.

The neighborhood is composed of 1 single street with homes built in the 60-70's that have been recently renovated. The homes on this particular street are unique as they are the only ones within a large distance with the incredible proximity to the landmarks of Houston and on a 1 acre+ plot of land. It is peaceful, tranquil and provides a bit of paradise while being nearby the hustle of the city.

Houston is relatively easy to explore, especially when staying in a place like this where transportation options are abundant. The best way to get around without renting a car is through UBER ( Get your first ride FREE with code UDCZW)

The nearby metro rail connects downtown Houston and NRG Stadium. The service also serves the trendy Mid-Town( an area that offers a range of restaurant opportunities, energetic nightlife and boutique shopping), The Museum District ( a must see for adventurers of all ages), EaDo ( East Downtown Houston also known as the Art+Soul of the City) and the Texas Medical Center.

- Cleaning services are available for longer stays, please send inquiry. Please respect the check out on time as our cleaning crew arrives within minutes of check out time.

- Small dogs around 20 lbs may be accepted on a case-by-case basis; but please check with us first if you plan on bringing your furry companion. Kennels are the preferred housing, but we have a private backyard as well. All dog droppings will need to be picked up by guest and is not included in our cleaning fee.

- Avoid heavy cooking, i.e. deep frying, cooking curry, fish etc strong smell food--unless of course you're cooking for us!.

As a guest of this guesthouse, you'll find a hot tub, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
