Great heritage hotel, good location, lovely pool and breakfast. Staff were very friendly and they upgraded the birthday girl in our group to a very nice room and gave her some beautiful flowers 💐 😍 Would definitely recommend staying here 👍

Revolting. Filled with mould. Mould falling from the air-conditioner. Masking tape over holes in the walls. Telephone and exposed electrical wires above the toilet. Bird poo inside the bathroom. Hair-dryer not working and falling off the wall . Bath tap didn't work.shower head dribbling water. Had cloths washed to be returned covered in rust stains and smelling of sweat. Shirts ruined beyond repair with tears and holed punctured and heat burns all over. We checked out 4 days early. This place is a dump. You'd be better to spend your money in a crappy hostel because you'd get better service. If we wanted to order food or drink we had to go hunting for staff to take our order. 20 min later they would send staff out to us to take our order a second time then another 20min to deliver a can of drink or bottle of water. Staff were rude and constantly asking for "commission" or "tips" exceeding 500000.

Oldest hotel

One night stay here as a stopover in travel. Would like to stay longer. Great location. Incredible breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool. It was built in 1901 and the detail work is beautiful.

It’s so nice to stay in a historic hotel like this. The room was spacious, the hotel building looks excellent, and the location on the river was perfect! Will stay here again.

What an interesting old Hotel with a very interesting past. The Imperial City is a must to see. The Hotel Staff were amazing with great service with a smile. Fantastic swimming pool to cool off in after a long day f walking. Great breakfast with many choices.

Very cool hotel with a long history. Wish we had more time to explore the hotel. We only stayed one night. Only complaint was the beds were not that great in our room. Breakfast was amazing, a massive buffet and made to order items in lovely courtyard garden setting.

This historic hotel has a lot of character, and it is in a great location close to the river and within walking distance of the Imperial City. I stayed for three nights in a large room with a firm but comfortable bed and good aircon. Breakfast is outdoors, even when it is raining, and includes a wide selection of food, including eggs cooked to order, but limited other western options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It offers excellent value and I would stay here again.

We found the Hotel Saigon Morin to be absolutely magnificent and for the price, to be exceptionally good value. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was palatial, the breakfast was amazing and the lication was convenient to everything. We will stay here again when we are next in Hue.
