Overall a subpar experience. Breakfast was underwhelming as the first morning they did not have the waffle machine available. Second morning, they were out of plates, forks, juice and napkin all at once at one point. Their room service is nonexistent as they force you into no room service the first day (and every alternating day if you are staying longer). This is not asking the customer to opt in but rather a policy without a choice. Which means, the family of four needs to enjoy 3 towels and the limited thrash space included while the bed stays not made! The only thing going for them is their location but there are other options in downtown I would be choosing next time for sure!

I travel a lot for work - this is by far the nicest hotel I have stayed in in years. The staff was very friendly. The room was impeccably clean- I really enjoyed the pool, workout room and patio. The location was wonderful- connected to the canal, where I enjoyed an evening walk, dinner at an amazing restaurant and concert! Whenever I travel to Indy, I will definitely stay here again

Lack of hospitality and services of the hotel

The front desk staff was so friendly and greeting with smile to a family before us and we checked in after them and as soon as the staff saw us as Asian and his face expression changed and he didn’t even greet us not even hello and as we are Asian not matter what we start greeting to him first but he didn’t even reply and he just started with what can I help you. And he asked our information and we checked in and he handed us the room number and keys but didn’t even provide any information such as which way to go and what floor is our room was. As we are so tired and being treated not well and we just took the keys and took off and forgot to asked what floor our room was . The room was not two bed but we didn’t have a good stay due to to noisy of the door opened and closed as slamming door from others rooms .we , me and my wife have been up and couldn’t sleep well a whole night. To be honest I’ve travel a lot and never been treated this way by the front desk staff of the hotel and never seen this lack of hospitality and services from the hotel. Me and my wife decided It was gonna be a one time stay in this hotel.
