Love this property for Indianapolis visits. It’s very short drive to downtown. It is closer to I the old airport but still short drive to the new airport. Newly refurbished- it’s very nice and the staff is amazing

Behind the sofa was gross. I lost an earbud and notified front but they wouldn't listen or take my address if found. I think I interrupted their gossip time Amenities were not replace in terms of water and crackers.

First off, the staff here was phenomenal! Everyone was friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. The hotel is under some renovation, but it is only a minor inconvenience to the guests. I wish that the breakfast offering would have included fresh fruit i.e bananas and oranges. Otherwise the food was good and the staff did their best to keep everything full and hot. Parking was ample with 2 hotels on the property. Easy access to the expressway and only 10 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay! Was in town for Grand nationals for my daughter’s marching band. Staff is very nice and accommodating! Was by myself but room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was hot and good. They helped me with anything I needed. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Residence Inn Indianapolis!!

Very nice place with clean and comfortable room, conveniently located. Very friendly staff! I asked for a late checkout because of a late afternoon flight and the lady at the reception, Beatrice, was very kind and granted it. Would definitely stay again!

The stay was fine, room nice, actually newly renovated. However the lobby, eating area were also being renovated while we were there. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I just would think a free night or something would be offered due to the renovation.

The construction was going on in the building. We didn't have problem with the noise. We had problem with the toilet. The maintenance got it fixed in 2 hours
