Man wurde freundlich empfangen. Es herrschte eine freundliche und unkomplizierte Atmosphäre. Gute Lage. Tolles Frühstücks-Buffet. Die vielen kleinen Nischen im Restaurant. Wir haben im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen. Ruhige Lage

Leider nimmt der Wirt die Wünsche der Gäste nicht wirklich ernst. Wird wollten ein ruhiges Zimmer und bekamen eines direkt an der Hauptstrasse, dem Wirt war das alles ziemlich egal da er sich nicht mal die Mühe machte sich darum zu kümmern. Hier ist nicht der Gast König sondern hier ist die Devise, schnell Geld machen und vor allem die Augen verschlissen. Wünsche der Gäste werden hier mit Füssen getreten. Ebenso das essen und die Sauberkeit, hier mussten wir feststellen das dies ebenso sehr nachgelassen hat. Auch wenn es dem Wirt egal ist er hat einen Stammkunden nun verloren. Nie wieder Hotel Bierwirt.

Die Wünsche unserer Gäste liegen uns sehr am Herzen und wir sind eigentlich stets bemüht, die Wünsche der Gäste, insofern möglich, zu berücksichtigen bzw. zu erfüllen. Wir möchten uns aufrecht bei Ihnen entschuldigen, und finden es natürlich sehr schade, dass Sie nicht mehr zu uns kommen möchten. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute.

Wir hatten Urlaub gemacht im November und explizit ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht. Leider hatte aber ein Stammgast seinen Hund eingesperrt und dieser hat dann von 1.00 Uhr morgens bis um 6.00 früh gejault und gebellt. Als wir dann um 4-00 Uhr morgens mit den Nerven am Ende ins EG gingen trafen wir mehrere Gäste die ebenso genervt waren. Hierbei kann der Wirt ja eigentlich nichts , jedoch das Verhalten als dann die ersten Angestellten kam ist absolut eine Frechheit. Der Wirt wohnt gerade mal darüber und das Fenster war offen, nachdem wir die Polizei geholt hatten und die Angestellten darauf hingewissen hatten das er doch bitte für Ruhe sorgen möge, sagte uns die Angestellte das er gleich kommen würde. Nach über einer Stunde warten kam der Wirt dann mal aus dem haus als wäre nicht s gewesen. Nach einem Guten Morgen kümmerte er sich auch lieber um alles andere. Es war im absolut Wurst ob die Gästen die Halbe Nacht im Freien standen. Der Dame am Empfang war das sichtlich unangenehm solch ein Verhalten eines Chefs, ja nicht mal bei der Abreise als wir das noch besprechen wollten hatte er Zeit. Die Dame am Empfang ging zum Wirt der am bedienen war und teilte mit das wir mit ihm gerne sprechen täten, dieser aber lies lediglich ausrichten das es im leid täte und gut ist. Nicht mal ein Wasser bekamen wir als Entschädigung erlassen, sogar das kassierte er noch. Wir waren nun 3 mal in diesem Hause, aber diese war sicherlich das letzte mal.
