Good family trip

Great hotel close to the Interlaken OST station and within short walk from restaurants / shops etc. We were given a room (310) at the end of the corridor on 3rd floor so we had 2 windows opening up to the mountains and river which was fantastic. Breakfast had good variety and the room was larger than we had thought. Overall a good hotel in a good location.

Very clean and comfortable

The room was very clean and spacious (we stayed in the modern part of the hotel). The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. There was also champagne served for breakfast. There was free shuttle bus to and from the train station. The only slight drawback was that they did not top up the toiletries. You can request more by phoning them but no top-up when they made up your room.
