Our stay had a rocky start upon arrival, reception couldn’t find our reservation and insisted it wasn’t made through Expedia, despite us showing proof through the app, including the receipt. After some back-and-forth, we were finally checked in, but unfortunately placed in the wrong room type. To make up for the inconvenience, we were upgraded for the last two nights of our stay, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was okay. We were there for quite a while and ended up befriending many of the staff, who were kind, helpful, and really made a difference. That said, it was concerning to hear some of them express that they were being treated unfairly by their managers, which points to some internal issues within the hotel’s leadership. While the upgrade and the wonderful staff were definite highlights, the initial mismanagement and check-in problems did leave a lasting impression

Our family arrived hungry and later in the morning the day after we were supposed to check in due to transportation issues and the front lobby expedited check in for us and the buffet to make sure we could eat before it closed. Everyone treated us like the most important dignitaries throughout our stay - our concerns were their concerns. Amazing service!! Also do not miss the view of the first Bosphorus bridge and the mosques in the skyline from the top floors.

The hotel is really cool. Breakfast was various, the room is wide and perfectly clean and the staffs are welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was Summit Bar, I had an inconvenient with one of the staff who treated us impolitely and got us to leave. Otherwise I recommend the hotel.

We love every chance to stay at a Conrad property. The staff is consistently solicitous and welcomes us warmly with every visit. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with superb bed and bedding. If an upgraded room is available it is assigned without request. Conrad properties are always a wonderful stay and this specific Conrad has a wonderful ocean view to make the stay even more special.
