This hotel and staff were amazing. In the center of historic Istanbul. Great room, perfect breakfast, great cleaning ladies. I’d really like and recommend this hotel. Pool, sauna and hamam are great.

The location is excellent, it was so easy to access transport. The breakfast well good variety, kitchen staff was super nice! However, the spa was a disaster, zero professionalism, I had to cancel my treatment because of the staff. The room was extremely hot, they also put us in the room where the AC fans were, it was sooooo loud ! Front desk said there was nothing they could do ...however I do believe they could have at least changed rooms. For the price we paid, it was too inconvenient.

Some of the reception staff could be more hospitable while other staff were helpful. Cleaning lady on floor 6 was probably the best ive experienced, amazing attention to detail. Lovely, cozy swimming pool area with very helpful staff. Great location, easy to get around, great stay.
