We booked a room for 3 people and the extra bed is broken, it collapses when we sit on it. It seems like one of us will sleep on the floor tonight as I have just been told that the hotel is fully booked and they don’t have a room to move us to… Fun. Just like we expected for a VIP customer of Expedia.

We spent one night here, arriving early in the morning. They were so welcoming and were able to get us in our room early. They also graciously offered breakfast to us when we arrived. It is a wonderful spot and if we’re back in the area we’ll stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Doruk Palas Hotel. All staff members were super friendly and helpful. They also provided information about many sightseeing and shopping spots.The location is very combinient, with spacious rooms, offering beautiful views of the Golden Horn and the old city.The breakfast was delicious

We arrived in Istanbul a day early for our trip and we were here for one night. The staff was so friendly and nice! We had Turkish coffee upon arrival while waiting a few minutes for our room to be ready. Great location within walking distance of galata tower area. Nice and clean room. Great stay!

Had an amazing 3 night stay with my family at doruk palace. I think what really sets it apart is the service. They really welcome you here and genuinely try and make your stay enjoyable. No issues with picking us up at midnight after a delayed flight, gave us some free lemonde at one point, and when my daughter got sick they let us stay late until we could check in early at next hotel. Plus view from 3rd floor deluxe was fantastic. Overall a wonderful introduction to istanbul!

From the moment I stepped into the Property I was treated as a very special guest. The Staff were welcoming and offered a drink and familiarised me with the property and the surrounds. My room was compact but fresh and clean with a wonderful view across the Golden Horn to the Sultanahmet and Bazaar District's skyline. The Hotel is well located close Galata Tower and and walking distance to the Shopping and Dining areas around Istiklal Caddesi in Beyoglu. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Very welcoming staff and comfortable hotel.

Best welcome I have received from a hotel. Stepped from the hot street to be greeted with a refreshing lemonade (free). Very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
