Really nice hotel! Make sure you get the breakfast it has sooo much varieties. Only thing is they should make you aware they have smoking rooms but would not move us into one

They charged us more without proper explanation. We checked in at 8am, they gave us the key. We then went for breakfast and they charged us for breakfast. We thought as we have the room we are entitled for breakfast. We did not have breakfast on the other days. They charged us 130 TL for the first day. They were not nice as they could have avoided charging us since we missed all the other breakfast on the othet days.

My best thing that i liked was the fit life and spa facility which i greatly enjoyed. There were only a few English speaking staff most of them i had difficulty communicating with. The very worst and important part was the air conditioning you had no control over the rooms thermostat even thou there is a control unit in the room which does nothing i had to call reception 3 times everyday to make my room colder cause i couldn't sleep or rest properly due to the heat even that sometimes wasn't enough. The other thing that i didn't like was when i first came to the hotel i had to spend 15 minutes explaining breakfast was included in my booking even thou i was showing her a copy of my booking. Then when i finally went up to my room it had two single beds when i booked for a double again it took another 15 minutes for them to get me a room with a double bed. I even mentioned that it was my honeymoon when i booked the hotel and there was nothing special for when we arrived very dissapointing, would not stay here again.
