We love the location of this hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us and we're very helpful especially at reception and the dining staff. That room was comfortable and spacious and very large bed .tea and coffee in the room was excellent

The good: location, its close to all the main touristy places in Istanbul. It has a variety of restaurants close by (be mindful that the reviews on most of the restaurants in Istanbul aren't reliable, thought). The staff was very nice, specially the lady in the cafeteria and the cleaning staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, overall quiet considering the location. The not so good: a lot of sellers in this area, everytime we walked to or from our hotel you get swarmed by sellers, so if this isn't your thing, choose a quieter location. The last day, I told the front desk that we would be staying until the noon check-out time, he didn't tell the cleaning staff, they waiting in the staircase until we left, which was an awkward sitution. We almost felt pressured to go.

Good hotel in the Sultanahmed area, conveniently close to the square and its main attractions. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. The only negatives were the TV which didn't work (they offered to move us to a different room, but TV wasn't that important to us, so we declined) and the furniture in the room (a bit outdated, old infrastructure). I would certainly recommend staying here if those things are not a bother to you, we certainly had a great time and were thankful to the staff for it.

Any great vacation starts with the Comfort and Hotel that you are staying in and this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From Adam to Hussein to Ali to the chef to the lovely young lady who serviced our room. Gracious is the first word out of my mouth. In terms of the location, this is exactly what I was looking for. Has a great neighborhood feel including the many restaurants stores and a great vantage point to see many of the attractions. 100% recommendation

I did not receive any upgrade even though I informed them about my status. Sewer gas from the floor drain in the bathroom made me ill for my entire trip. When I told them, they put some shampoo down the drain and turned on the air conditioning. Will not return.

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Istanbul. Very central, vibrant city location with main sights for this district and variety of restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient, especially Huseyin, Adam and house keeping staff. The airport transfer service was great too.Would highly recommend this hotel.

Property is in a great area to walk and enjoy the sites. All of the staff was very accommodating. We arrived early & was able to check in, the front desk ensured our stay was maximized and offered an English speaking tour guide as well as pointing out all the must see things to do within our stay.
