Very helpful staff, excellent room and bathroom cleaning. Towels and pillows are changed daily. I recommend booking breakfast as it's excellent quality. Perfect location, in a tourist area. Taxi service to the airport is reasonably priced. I will definitely return.

This is not a 4* hotel, not by European standards anyway. The room is dated with cracked walls, dirt accumulated in the corners and decor still in place from the 70s. They do not provide complementary bottles of water or anything in the room. They were rude to us when we asked as we thought housekeeping had forgotten to do it. Breakfast is limited and mostly cooked dinner food, not a continental buffet in sight. Reception do not provide any information on check in except to provide brochures on tours to be purchased. The hotel is on a busy dual carriage way, making it noisy. Views are good if you're facing the road so have to put up with the noise. The upside is, it is within 5 minute walking distance of Galata tower. Check outbwas straightforward but the concierge didn't take our bags out to the car when we declined their offer to go with a taxi 'friend' of theirs. It was fine, nothing special, served a purpose but should be rated as 2* on Expedia for accuracy of what you're getting, rather than assumption that it is cheaper because it is further away from the key tourist sights.

Var på forretnings rejse med 2 kollegaer medio maj. Nogle meget varme dage. Alle var vi enige om at hotellet var meget slidt og slet ikke levede op til fotos på hjemmesiden. Hotellet ligger ud til befærdet larmende vej og virkede meget indelukket - bl.a. fordi Aircondition ikke virkede på nogen værelser. Morgenmad var kedelig og bestemt ikke frisk. Enten tynd filter kaffe eller billig Nescafe. Der var Myrer på værelset, som rengøring ikke fik fjernet. Der var ok rent og værelset var ok men alt for varmt pga manglende AC. Alt personale virkede meget uengagerede og gad ikke prøve at forstå vores kommentarer. Alt i alt leder man længe efter 2-3 af de 4 stjerner.

staff and receptionists they care only how to take money from you . as example if you ask for small upgrade while hotel is empty and now one in the online it cost 5 dollars he will ask for 20 € why you tell him online is cheaper he will will till you ok then 5 € , if you tell him it is 5 $ he will insist to take by € . if want to invite friend to have coffee in your room not allowed he will ask for extra money. cleaners are so kind and polite top management are good there are lady from Greece ask about here she is good you can 3easy talk with here more respectful than turk staff
