The front desk staff was very helpful. Both Yunes and Omer were available to help answer questions about sightseeing and navigation while in Istanbul. They helped with tours and getting transportation to the cruise port. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hotel is very close to major places of interest like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Also a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Lamentablemente no recomiendo este hotel. La persona que limpia la habitacion tiró a la basura una bolsa donde venia recolectando papeles y recuerdos de mi recorrido por Estambul. Eran postales, tickets, entradas, envoltorios, mapas. Lo tenia sobre la mesa dentro de una bolsa. No entiendo porque, ella entendió que eso era basura (cuando no estaba en el piso ni en el tacho de basura, estaba sobre la mesa). Tenia cosas importantes y recuerdos que perdi para siempre. Me enojó y entristeció muchisimo la situación. Cuando le fui a decir a la persona de limpieza lo que habia hecho, me lo negó rotundamente, lo cual agravó el problema. La cama incómoda porque usan un acolchado corto y angosto que no tapa. El desayuno probre. Era un desayuno turco con algunas cosas occidentales. Si no te gusta comer verdura a la mañana, está complicado. No tenia variedad de fruta. Lo unico bueno es que te preparaban huevos revueltos a pedido y el café era rico La ubicacion del hotel, bien cerca de las mesquitas No volveria por esta razon: que hayan tocado mis cosas y me hayan tirado a la basura algo importante. Agradezco que no tenia documentacion importante ahi dentro...

Very charming Turkish hotel. Excellent location, good breakfast and safe tourist-friendly location. About 1 hr 15 minutes from the airport. Front desk people's English can be better. Had miscommunication about my airport transfer - I though the transfer was paid and scheduled, but turned out the front desk person did not understand me. So, double check your taxi's scheduled! Otheriwise would stay again.

My son and I stayed from 9/25-9/27. Great location, short walk to great restaurants. Major attractions roughly 1 mile walk. Great walking area, would go back again. Staff friendly, breakfast was great.

Had a great stay with a comfortable spacious room. All members of the staff were very helpful. Especially Yunus at the reception who helped us out by coordinating when we couldnt find our cab at the airport on arrival. Good breakfast aswell and convenient location.
