Dear Guest We would like to thank you for the time to review us on trip advisor We are very upset to read about your dissatisfaction regarding service in the hotel; We just wish to clarify that absolutely do not differentiate our guests It is very sad to read that you perceived this from our staff behavior Almost 30% of our guests come are Asiatic and as it is obvious from other reviews almost all of them have felt a warm reception and absolutely no different behaviors in their behalf; We actually treat our guests in the same way no mater which country or continent they come from all our guests are precious for us; Anyhow we are going to investigate the reasons of your dissatisfaction and do all in our hands to keep
