Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Manager went out of his way to help find us a pharmacy open on Sunday. Cute, quaint hotel. Very clean. Great rooftop bar and wonderful breakfast included. Water stations throughout hotel to refill water bottles was a plus. Elevator too!!!

Great hotel! The hotel is well-maintained, it is clean and has a very unique design - Ottoman style. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Turkish Bath. The management clearly paid attention to small details - from hand- painted ceiling to unique bed frames. The staff is friendly and very helpful. At check in we were served Turkish tea and small sweets which made us feel welcomed. The complementary breakfast is delicious and has good variety - even for picky eaters. The breakfast is served on the terrace with partial view of the Marmara Sea. We tried their homemade sample menu ( at additional cost) - very unique and refreshing. The hotel is located in ok neighborhood- within few blocks from the Grand Bazar, walking distance from the Blue Mosque, and public transportation which we found very reliable, but it could get loud at night around the hotel due to other hotels and restaurants. Overall, it was a great stay.

This is such a cute little authentic hotel. Because it is authentic its neighborhood can be quite intimidating to some. We found the location to be perfect walkable to the sites and area we were interested in. The breakfasts were amazing with plenty of options and offerings for its included Buffett We especially appreciated the filtered water stations in the hotel to refill your water bottles. The bar staff could use some mixology instruction but that also comes with experience ( did not know how to make vodka martini or vodka soda on ice. ). Could also be just cultural thing. They also gave us little parting gift bag with breakfast cakes as we left for early airport departure. Management was great and went above and beyond to be helpful. We will stay again if and when in Istanbul.

The vibe in the ground level waiting room is nice. Arrived at an early morning flight and at reception, Oğuz was really helpful, courteous and chill. Apple tea was nice at arrival and the location was walking distance to trams and key landmarks. Accommodation was comfortable. Would recommend this place for your stay!

I dont often write reviews however Hotel Niles is truly worth it. Its a beautiful hotel in the back streets of Istanbul. Entered a small but very traditional Turkish Reception, manned by Ozan, who is the hotel manager. A lovely welcome drink of Turkish tea and turkish delight did wonders to pick up my sugar levels after trekking across the city. I arrived early (10:30) and usually the rooms aren't ready until 2, but mine was. So I was able to check in for my four night stay. I arrived at room 505, a lovely room, not huge but has everything and more that you'll need. There was also a little present waiting for me. I'm not going to spoil what it was though 😍 In the room was a litre bottle of water, with a note to encourage you to fill the bottle from the hotel water machines, to help reduce plastic waste. I quickly unpacked and went to the roof terrace where there are incredible views of the sea of Marmara. Breakfast was made up of turkish dishes, typically vegetarian. There were eggs, salad, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, cakes and toast with turkish tea and coffee. Plenty to keep you going. I felt really welcome here, like a house guest, not a hotel guest. Will I come back? Yes, absolutely I will.

Great quiet family run hotel

Excellent stay. Room was quiet and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast included in the room rate was very nice and served on a lovely rooftop terrace. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Helped arrange in advance a private transfer from IST in the early hours of the morning. Was very competitively priced. Overall a great hotel, couldn’t recommend enough.
