Convenient location inside the airport. Sheets and bathroom clean but the floor of our room was covered in dirt/sand. The a/c never got the room below 21C which I consider very warm for an air conditioned room.

The room is quite spacious and stark. It could use a night light or two as it is pitch black when the blinds are down and the lights are extinguished. The brusque reception when we arrived early, coupled with an exorbitant fee for a slightly earlier check in, was a bit off putting but then I checked my reservation and indeed it said 6PM and listed the extra fees. There was only one pillow on each bed but two others were promptly delivered when requested. There are no housecoats provided but there were slippers. We did not use the TV so can’t advise re it.

Almost a great airport hotel

We stayed here for a long layover at Istanbul. Every detail is thought out for this in the room and hotel. They have a 24 hr restaurant that is good…of course, it’s Istanbul!!! I am not sure about the times. In Thailand we have a hotel at BKK that has a 24 hr check in/out which is what is needed for a hotel airport, since you never know when you will get there. I guess our arrival and departure worked out fine but the fine print mentions a weird check-in time of 6pm I think and check-out of 9am I think? Anyway, I would say check the fine print and call them with any and all questions. They did not respond to my messages at Hotel.Com except with pre-programmed responses that did not answer anything I asked. There is also the landslide and airside maybe? One is in the airport so no need to go out thru immigration/customs. We are US citizens so were able to go out to the landside option and go back in for our connecting flight. Again, read the fine print and calm them repeatedly as needed. Room was cool and comfortable. Great option to sitting in the airport for 9 hrs!!!

So surprised with this Airport Hotel! It was clean and lovely and so so convenient for an early flight the next morning out of Istanbul. We paid a little more for a larger room, and it was great. Our friends saved a few dollars, and in retrospect, would have paid for more space. We were able to bring our airport luggage cart into our room overnight, so checking in the next morning was a breeze!
