The room was spacious, elegant and clean. The bedding, linens and towels were of good quality. Housekeeping was highly professional. The pool and surrounds were inviting. The breakfast was good as were other meals in the restaurant. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. All the people were very kind and helpful. The general ambience is very pleasant. The hotel has its own very good convenience shop and others are ery close-by. The location cannot be surpassed, being within easy walking distance of all the best aspects of Menteng including the parks, shops, restaurants, cinema and railway stations of Gondangdia and Cikini. The long distance train station, Gambir, is a short taxi ride away.

A bit old fashion stay

The hotel is pretty old and its been a while that any upgrade have been made. Lack of outlets in room and min. 20 year old interior. Great service though. Internet in restaurant not working the whole week.

今回の宿泊はスイートルームを予約して快適に過ごせるかと思っていたが、部屋から出る時、カードキーを外すと冷蔵庫の電源まで切れるので買いだめした飲み物が冷やされず不快でした。電源系統の問題で簡単に直せるものではないからホテル側は早めに改善すべきかと思う。
