Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel ! The staff were horrible the room was so dirty the back bathroom door was absolutely disgusting, bugs in the tub . Housekeeping never came once we stayed 5 days ! Asked for clean towels they told us they needed to wash ours and get them back to us. Ice machine room was always locked , can’t express enough how horrible this was

I loved the idea of a kitchenette, but it wasn’t supplied properly, no utensils, one bowl for 2 people, no dish cloths or towels to wash dishes, had to keep running to the office for supplies, no blow dryer had to go to the office and the plug didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty. The breakfast was not very good.

We’ve been stopping here for 4 years and this was our worst experience. Air conditioner was by the sink area so the rest of the room was hot and very cold when using the sink. Older property and needs some upgrades. At least the TV worked so we could watch the hockey game.
