We selected this property on it location, the main floor was clean. The room was a little run down. The face cloth had a large hole in it. There was no toilet paper in the room. The bathroom sink was very slow draining and we asked if someone could come and look at it, we were told someone would be there the next day but no one ever came. The soap and shampoo dispenser were either empty or they didn't work.

Romm was big and clean . Quiet erea , big flat screen. A/C WAS WORKING. Wish the restaurant was open in the morning. I would pay for a decent breakfast.

Air conditioning was to cold for the night and couldn’t set it off had to unplug it. Went to the dinning room for dinner had to stand at the bar to order , handed my husband a beer , brought my tea to table . Waited almost an hour for our food eggs and an omelette. Waitress didn’t check on us and went outside with a friend and drank beer. Still waiting so we put money on the table and left. Too long a wait there were no other people in the room so it should have been fifteen minutes. I told the night desk staff and ended ordering a pizza down the road got it in 15 minutes. Very disappointed.

Nice staff, old hotel

Very nice front staff but hotel feels old and worn down. Room had a weird smell (old basement wardrobe, slightly moist smell) and a bit smoky smell as well even though we booked a nonsmoking room. Last Hotel available on that day though in Kamloops so we were happy to find a bed to rest in for the night.

I was very upset we went to the restaurant in the hotel. Ordered at the bar to get our meals at the table. It was almost an hour and still waiting. The waitress was outside drinking a beer with her friend. Did not wait any longer ordered a pizza from local place got it delivered in 1/2 hour .

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was fine, a comfy place to sleep. Stayed in the east building, the place is due for some updating and the breakfast was pretty basic. There was a plug in for my electric car which was handy. Felt safe and would consider staying again if in Kamloops.

We picked the cheapest room option which had a small window and it was darker inside. However, the bathroom had been renovated and was very nice. The jacuzzi and outdoor tables, the breakfast buffet and outdoor tables was very good! Be sure to eat outside to enjoy the view in the morning!
