The room was huge, and perfect for a family with teens. The pool was indoors and outdoors and a lot of fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel exceeded my expectations! Being in such a high traffic location, I thought it might show wear and tear but it did not. It was beautiful, clean, and the rooms were so quiet and peaceful. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and I slept better than I normally do in hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and a nicely renovated. It had a great set up with living/sleeping area. It was quiet. You do have to pay for parking, which I’m not a fan of since I’m paying for the room. Breakfast is separate and expensive. There are many good other breakfast options in the are. I would definitely stay there again as the location is perfect to walk around the Plaza.
